Hi there and welcome . Looking forward to your progress.
I dont know what a vehicle technician is( could be poshspeak for car mechanic) but sounds like you have a head start in the knowledge dept

Hello!

Another new face is always a welcome sight.
Like k4kev said, give us a location! I'm feeling quite lost down here...
And any questions, ask away. I'm always asking questions about bits and pieces.
Sometimes I get answers

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I'm sure people here will be able to answer most of your questions, and with your background, for sure you will be a big contributor to the forum too
A good start, if you haven't looked at it yet, is the amendment section:
http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=2430
and the FAQ
http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=8123
Good luck for the build
