Default clutch lever/arm

What is the correct lever/arm for the type 9? I have the type that tapers in from the centre lugs where the release bearing mounts but i have noticed that there are 3 or 4 different types. My problem is that i have bought 2 release bearings and neither fit
The inner dimension across the lugs where the release bearing mounts is 35.6mm and this measurement on both release bearings is 42.5mm.Also one bearing has a 29.6mm bore and the other is 34.4mm.Also on looking in the sierra manual there looks to be a sleeve on the splined shaft?(i dont have any of these parts as i bought a gearbox from BGH which didnt even have a bellhousing)
