Hi Ash, I'd really really appreciate that.
Alga, I'm using the last long term support version from mint, which puts my open office at about ver 2.5. I don't normally need to be on the bleeding edge, I only went Linux to get away from Windose. |

realised what was wrong. i saved them in word 2007 format .docx . have now saved them in word 97 format .doc
if you download them again they should now work on your older version of open office. |
