Default Watch your back lads

So i have been unable to do much since 28th December when whilst working my back suddenly spasmed and i fell to the floor in agony i went to hospital same day as after it happened i couldn't feel my hands and arms although i could still move them

It turned out one of my discs had moved damaging a nerve in the process so lots of physio massages and the biggest pile of heat packs you have ever seen later i am starting to be able to bend and move a bit and i will be able to go back to work in the next week or 2

I have messaged some of you that ordered bodywork but thought I'd tell the full story here

The wife has been doing a great job of putting up with my groaning every time i move and went and i think emptied boots of heat pads

Know the feeling. My disc went in November, had it removed in December and only now getting back to do light work on the car.

Take care of your back you only have one

Hi Dave

Great selection of deep heat you got more than the local boot's. Where abouts do you rub the cake?

Take it easy
