Default Braking question

Hi all,
I'm gonna start fitting the brakelines, and allready a few questions.
1. Do i need the bias brake valve from the sierra ?
2. If i attach the brakelines in the upper section of the tunnel, can i attach the fuel lines to them with cable ties ?
3. Is it ok for IVA to attach the brakelines in the lower section of the tunnel ?
4. And what about the wiring that goes trough the tunnel, do you have to fit it to the opposite side of the tunnel ?

Many thanks !

Regards,

Wim.

1.I'm not using it but my car isn't on the road yet so I may need one.
2.I used P clips, I don't like the idea of cable ties. Along the top on the passanger side.
3. My brake line runs a the bottom on the drivers side.
4. My wiring runs along the top drivers side

As Ash always says think how a car manufacturer would do it. Would they cable tie a fuel line to the brake lines?
