Default Cp 10 - Which way up?

Hi folks, I see from the book that CP10 has two holes - one is 25mm from the end, the other is 31 mm from the opposite end. What I can't find in the text is which way up does it fit? It will obviously effect the height that the diff sits up so it must have been designed offset for a reason. Anyone know for sure?
Thanks in advance,
Enoch.

Mate I posted the exact same question the other day and didn’t get a definitive answer, so, I have left them off and when I get the diff of my Sierra I will work it out and will then have the answer for others.

Oh Andy I’m way past CP24.

When I first saw the question “where does CP24 go” I made it my mission to find out.
