Default Ford fiesta 1.4 zetec 2005 low idle

Idling at about 7000rpm and stalling often. Not mine but a friends. I'm thinking ISV would be the first port of call. Any ideas?

Oh bollocks long day. I think I toed 700 and then edited it to 7000. Too many late nights in the garage!:roll eyes:
