Measure the width (@ the bell housing) and length of a Type-9 and/or an MT75 gear box??

I would also like the width of the main gearbox....

I'm wanting to compare the size to a LT77 gearbox so i know what tunnel i need.....

Interesting I'm looking at fitting a lt77 box behind a v8 to my Roadster, I currently have a MT75 box fitted. I will try to measure it for you but need to get it on some ramps first.

Thanks for that, bell housing and body are identical sizes, bell housing is 10mm wider than the LT77 and the body is 20mm wider than the LT...

The only thing that might be a problem os the gearstick on the LT77 is gonna sit too far forward. theres 160mm between the boxes....

Is yer gearbox fitted with a linkage which would move the gearstick from its origional position??

Maybe time to fab up a linkage of some nature....
