Default Getting rid of the donor shell?

Finished stripping my donor over the long weekend

Now how do I get rid of the body shell before the neighbours start complaining?

Get the yellow pages out and start ringing round, I rang loads of people before I found someone that would take what I had left with no VIN or ID numbers.
Alot said no as soon as I said it had no engine/wheels etc.

Other option which I believe some people have used is an angle grinder and a few trips to the scrappy/recycling centre.

Hope that helps, good luck.

Any body that has an advert in yellow pages will not be interested as the shell is only worth about £30-40 when weighed in and will only just cover the diesel. Try looking at the cards in the paper shop window or just wait for the local pikies to come knocking, you'll be surprisied when 3 of them just man handle it on to the transit.

My local garage/ MOT centre (where my lockup is) has a guy that comes around once a week picking up the scrap.
Maybe worth asking your local garage for details?

I shipped mine to the breakers on a trailer, it was the start of a good relationship with the guys there.
Good guys to know when looking for parts.

My Breakers collect anything, but they are only 2 miles away.

I Have cut a few up, it's hard work.

I really hope I don't end up having to cut it up!

I may have a back-up option, just got an email back from a breakers saying they would take it away if I paid them £48...
