Default Chassis Plate Deal For New Builders

Hi fellow forum members,

As it's summertime fast aproaching and there are a lot of new builders about to start I thought I'd offer a deal for a set of chassis plates. The deal would be £65 including postage for the first 5 customers. This is a small saving on an already great price (£35 cheaper than competitors kits of compareable parts inc postage), and features a lot of innovative design features unique to this kit. Details of which can be found here http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showt...hlight=cp+kits

The deal will stay open until I have 5 orders, and no money will need to be payed until the list is complete. So if you are interested, please show your interest by adding your name to the list.

Hi TK

I would like to be first on the list but before you put my name down can I just ask if would cause a problem to have CP16 and CP17 turned around because I will be building my car left hand drive? I think all the rest are fine as they are.

Regards

Hi John,

Have you got the dimensions for your footwell? i can't see it being a major problem.

Hi TK
The footwell will be the same size as the RHD car but it will be on the other side. I don't know the size because the chassis is still wrapped in the delivery packageing

Regards

John

I hope you've got it tucked away in a warm corner as it was all cut with a cold saw, the blade of which is cooled with water based machine coolant. It could be sat there rusting from the inside out, I'd open one end and have a look sooner rather than later.

Go to your local laser cutting, give then 20 pence worth of photocopies from the book and ask them to quote. If they want to charge for CAD drawings they are on the forum.

Sorry if this post annoys people but we are here to help each other an not make money.

Usually minimum order of £50 exc VAT
You are missing one vital point....some people are actually trying to scratch a living out of making parts for the haynes.
