Hi Carl.
If you can hang on a couple of weeks I have one of those jigs from eBay have the threaded bar to. I will hopefully be welding my brackets on this week or definitely next week if not. |

No I haven't I was just going to use some plain nuts to hold the brackets in the right places
|

lol see, the obvious things are the things I over engineer lol good call!

to be honest it was just easier to 'borrow' the nuts from work than find and cut some tube.

I just found a couple pieces of MDF in the garage and drilled them according to suspension bracket positions. That's all it took.
