Hi Carl.
If you can hang on a couple of weeks I have one of those jigs from eBay have the threaded bar to.
I will hopefully be welding my brackets on this week or definitely next week if not.

No I haven't I was just going to use some plain nuts to hold the brackets in the right places

to be honest it was just easier to 'borrow' the nuts from work than find and cut some tube.
I will send you a PM when I have done with the jigs

I just found a couple pieces of MDF in the garage and drilled them according to suspension bracket positions. That's all it took.
