Default Sierra 4x4?

i have most my donor bits.
But have come across two 4x4 sierras at work. The guy that own them said if I put a new rad in one I can have the other for free (well the price of a new rad).
Is it worth it to get my hands on a lsd and rear discs. what could i sell the rest of the parts for and the scrap value at the end. Could give me a couple of hundred notes for my body work?
In theory I'd have enough parts for another builder less front uprights as I already have two type 9 box's.

Well buying a Rad is probably cheaper than the LSD.. So it's a good option that way. and you will make a fair bit from scrap.

So probably worth it if you have the space.
