Default wires

Hi All
Working on the wiring at the minute
On the column there are switches with wires coming out,,, on the loom i have matched up the same wires but what is the best way to join them together, would i pull out the wires from the switch and replace with the new wires or just bare the wires on both and twist solder and heatshrink the join .

You could put terminals on if you need to remove it again.

If at first you dont succeed, avoid skydiving...

No parachute require to freefall, only if you want to do it twice.
