Default For sale - exhaust can

I've got an exhaust can for sale. It's a Yamaha r1 can, with a 2" link pipe in stainless tigged to it. It's got rolled ends, and was measured at 97dB @ 75% power on my 2l Zetec, so should be fine for IVA. It comes with a mounting strap, and is totally ready to fit. It's got a few scratches from use, but no dents - its no worse than if you'd had the car on the road for a few weeks!

Looking for £60, and collection from Greenhithe, or I do a fair bit of work in SE London, so could meet someone somewhere.

Cheers

Adrian

Adrian, random question, but where did you get the exhaust hanger from, the one on the rear of the exhaust with the punched holes?

Tatey

It came with the exhaust, so I guess Yamaha!

Porkchop, sorry, forgot to put in the post - looking for £60 collected, or will post at cost. I also work a lot in SE London, so could meet somewhere.

Cheers

Adrian

Yes I did, I used the 3M Di-Noc stuff, and found it very satisfying to work with. I did the rear and side panels, tunnel top, fly screen and various accent pieces.

There are some photos in my album which you can find in my signature.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Cheers

Hi Adrian,

Yes I have seen the pictures of your car and very good it looks too. Did you have any previous experience of vinyl wraping?
I'm looking to do some wrapping but I'm nervous about trying it as the areas I'm looking at have multiple curves.

No previous experience, just took my time, and the Di noc is really good to work with. Compound curves are no problem, just need some gentle heat from a hair dryer. I managed to cover a pair of motorbike wing mirrors, and they're very curvy!

Cheers
