First start!
After four years, finally started the engine yesterday! It's a 2l silvertop zetec with 40mm Jenveys and an omex ecu, kit spares exhaust manifold and Yamaha R1 exhaust can. It's running on a base map provided by omex, so needs a rolling road session, but not bad!
I know if there's no video it didn't happen, so have look below! Really got the enthusiasm to finish this thing now! http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/...e/9bb37a2e.mp4 Cheers Adrian Last edited by adrianreeve : 11th March 2012 at 02:09 PM. |

Looks amazing Adrian, great job
How much to do until it moves under its own power?

Thanks for the comments guys.
Ayjay, caught my nuts on the light stalk on the steering column as I bent over the dash! Baz, went for a Lucas alternator, because someone gave me a brand new one and it seemed rude not to use it! Made my own mount and adjuster, both seem to be working fine! Cheers Adrian |
