Try silicone spray for the "leather" its what car detailers use, cheap from plumbing supplies shops.

even better is electritians silicone grease, you have to use it a bit like shoe polish, polish on polish of etc, iv been nicking it off me dad for years, i used to use it on the seats in my old gto
