Default Brake and Fuel Lines

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question, did i read somewhere recently that the IVA require fuel and brake lines to have ID marks on them or was it just a knightmare i had.

Hi,
I don't live in the UK so I don't know the IVA rules, but if you have a look at Tatey's build thread, page 13 (http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showt...t=2736&page=13) there is a post from Deezee saying that his IVA inspector asked him for a certificate of conformity for the brake lines (saying they are brake fluid compatible). I don't know about the fuel lines though.
For info, I can provide all certification documents for the brake lines I supply (you can see the set I supplied to Tatey on the same page of his build thread).
I'm sure someone will be able to answer more specifically about IVA's exact requirements.
