Default Anyone know what this tool is??

My dad found it in a caravan he bought recently, but we don't have a clue. Any ideas??

looks a bit like a tool I used to have for undoing oil filters.

When I saw the title, I expected to see a photo of my ex's new husband!!!!!!








But I think that's a heavy duty oil filter remover.




Or, a cruel tool for castrating cattle!

Looks like an oil filter strap wrench, heavy duty.

I too thought the same, but it seems too big. Wouldn't get at most oilfilters with it.

Mabey for lorries or something?? lol

Does the knuckle section on the left hand end come off? If so, does it then fit on the square drive at the right hand end?

Hard to tell in the picture, but that would make it more versatile.

Looks like one of those Ann Summers extension devices where you tighten the strap around said end and hang some weights to the other end and wayhay you have a foot long winkler if only 1/2" wide.

Not had to try myself though.......
