I am back at work and have the opportunity to make the mounts for the radiator from some steel in the scrap bin but would like some info.
I am using the polo radiator and will be using saturn bodywork so would like to know the spacing for the rad to fit under the bodywork if poss
ie,height from base to bottom/top of rad, position about centre etc

From the front bottom tube of the chassis, you have around 3" to the front of the rad.

Height, there's plenty of room.

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.
