Default Roll bar Stays

Good Morning All,
Just a quick question about the roll bar stays, I'm currently making my roll bar (last step before painting the chassis), I have some 25mm seamless tube left over, can I use this for the roll bar stays, or does it have to be 30mm?

Thanks in advance

Jon

Can you? Yes, you can. Ultimately the 30mm seamless tube goes onto the rear frame which is a little pathetic in comparison (19mm box and 19mm tube) I'd say the rear tub is likely to give way first if you used 25mm seamless tubing on your back stays.

Many thanks for that, will save some money using up the stuff I have rather than buying more steel.
