front lower wishbones jig

hi all
the front lower wishbone jig front mount with the 2x11mm holes 97mm wide the angle 10x51x18mm is it 10x18mm out side taking into account the 3mm plate?

Looks like it to me.10mm is height at front incl plate(3mm) and 18.5 at rear,this would generate the 10' angle to locate the wishbone plate through the 11mm dia holes.
