Wooooo! Well done mate!
Now hurry up and get her finished so I can have a go - I want to see what another 100bhp feels like before I decide whether to turbo mine or not

sounds like it's may be missing a cyclinder.

Remove each HT in turn and see if it makes any difference. Turn the engine off to avoid an electric shock. If it runs worse on three of them but one makes no difference then you have found which one is providing no power.

Another alternative is to pull injector plugs while the engine is running.

Congrats. It's always a good day when you get an engine to start!

It's a great feeling that it starts! The next goalpost will be the first drive!

Yep good option if you can get to them.

This seems to baffling my little mind a bit!

Removed leads to check and it appears that leads 2 and 3 dont make a dffence although they are sparking!?!?

unless it's the injectors which were brand new?

It can't possibly run on 2 cyliders can it?

Maybe its 180 degrees out but then surley the timing marks wouldn't line up when I use the timing light?
