You can borrow mine if you want. Bit of a distance though! I got a picture of my set up on my blog.

its not as bad as you think a simple two bits of board and 12mm studding and a load of nuts and its not as bad as you think just skip the book jigs and simplify thats what i did. i set the gaps on the brackets on 500mm long bits of studding with plain nuts then cut simple pair of identical boards with holes to pass the studding in with nus and washers at the right height and distence apart, trim out bits to clear the tubes make sure your on centerline for all your mesurments and with a few cuppers and messureing twice and a few tacks and your there just dont rush and take yor time. *top tip* if your build board is set flat and level a nut and thin sewing cotton maks a good plumb line (black or red is best) |

right chaps thanks for your help/ideas and inspiration!!
I'm going back to basics on this as i have a meter of spare box im going mark the holes and drill them then bolt in my m12 studding so its all nice and accurate at least then i can clamp the box to the frame. shall pop a few pics on later cheers! |

Have a look at the suspension jig post on my build blog.
There are plans I have drawn for a simplified jig that does both sets of brackets in one. http://bamaroadster.blogspot.com/ Regards Andy
