What is the best sealant to stick the ally panels on with?

That's cheap. I bought tigerseal for my floor.

Tiger Seal all round on mine.

I got a product called Omniseal from our local autofactors.

I think so long as it is a pu adhesive you should be fine.

I used that Polyflex, it's good stuff. Don't get it on your fingers though, it's a pig to get off

im going to powercoat my chassis then use sealer im using "no more nails"
not too sure if you get that in UK.

you can get no more nails, but I have always found I had to use nails as the stuff never works.

No more Nails is meant for the house building industry, as it's not flexible enough, i would use Tiger seal or similar.
