Default Engine mounts

I've made up the engine mount brackets em1-4 as per the book but like an ejut I assembled them incorrectly and have fully welded them to the chassis. Hopefully there will be picture below or an attachment. It does look a bit stupid but will it be ok.

I nearly did that the other night but luckly saw ash's pic in ckc and realised it was wrong. It will be fine as long as the engine sits in the right place.

It will be fine as long as you enough of the plate supporting the engine mount for it to rest on......

I done exacly the same thing Peter

Didn't notice untill Ash pointed it out in another thread

Being as my chassis was already painted, I wasn't about to cut them off again.
Totaly confident mine will be OK as is
