Default V6 probe engine

Hi there, I have the chance of the V6 engine & gbox from a probe. Can anyone tell me if there are any problems with this installation?

Cheers

Probe is FWD. And yes it's a Mazda Derived unit. Not sure what boxes are available for them.

MX5 box is a possibility.
