Engine alinement zx9 HELP!!

Hi Iv Pre fitted my engine and Iv made a school boy era .. It's not in perfect alinement to the diff dose this make much different as my propshaft has got 3 uj joints on it ?? Help :)

I worried about the same thing. I am running a 1.8 cvh with a custom prop which dispensed with 2 of the uj's or donuts. Its fairly well aligned in the horizontal plane but I completely overlooked the vertical plane. Its fine - no problem. The only difference fewer joints have made is that it leaves the line like s--t off a hot shovel.:D :D
