Hi,
Roll bar needs doing next but I have been looking at what others have done when using a GRP tub it looks like most have taken the brace bars down the outermost rear corners and welded in some 3mm plate to attach them to.
I was thinking of tying them into the diff cage like this.

Anyone see any real problem with that?

That looks like a good idea.
I have been working on my rear stay over the weekend. I had plan to leave them out as I beefed up the bolts used to attach it and had it professionally welded. in the end i have thought about it a little more and im going to use them as well.
I want to be able to remove the roll bar so have used some suspension brackets on the rear bar to hold the rear stays in place. Similar to the way MNR do it.
looks like it will be off to the powder coaters again lol....

Looks to be a great way to mount the rear stays at the bottom. Just need to weld on some suspension mounts and a bush tube through the brace and bolt them in with M12s.

This is what i've done, it's for a sierra based chassis but they look very similar

Yes that's the kind of thing Ive been seeing. I'm in 2 minds over such long back struts but erring on having shorter ones.
