replacement face for gauges

Any idea where to go to get a basic replacement gauge face made ? Ive got an old vacuum gauge I'd like to fit but need to get a new faceplate made up to matches my existing white Smiths type dials. It certainly doesnt need to be anything complicated.

They have taken over some of the old smiths gauges from caerbont.
