I wouldn't even think about it Phil, continue to establish what you are already doing, you know that at times you have struggled with outlay etc. as you have posted on here yourself. Personally I would consolidate what you are doing, don't get side tracked and meet deadlines.
I am not trying to tell you what to do, just making an observation from someone looking in from the outside

I reckon if it was £100 quid or something then yes it would be worth a shot but that's hell of a lot of money for what is essentially scrap. Is it anywhere near the correct dimensions in the first place ?
I for one though would definitely be interested in an enclosed front end (providing it doesn't look like a Dutton :D ). There was a guy doing one on Locostbuilders that showed great promise but unfortunately fell through.

Yeah, from the looks of the photos he had to stretch it lengthwise. Probably it's meant for a Locost chassis.
