Wishbones

Hi all
Is it just the wishbone bush tubes that have to be seamless or does all the tube have to be seamless.

Also what thickness are the wishbone plates cant seem to see it in the book i also cant see what thickness the bulkhead plates are.

In the corners of the drawings it says some along the lines of '3 plate' or '5 plate' it means 3mm or 5mm. Front wishbone plates just buy on Ebay but get the laser cut ones not the plasma items you'll be far happier with them.
