does anyone have a front suspension alignment jig I could borrow/ purchase, ive had a look at measuring them myself but I'm not 100% confident so I need a jig. any help greatly needed. thanks. Ron.

You may think about a bit more detail as to include which donor and your location, with the jigs being heavy I imagine the postage will be quite high

Suspension jigs are easier to make out of 25x25 box as they stand up on their own a little better, also use it as a solid spacer between the brackets.
Make four horizontal tubes to go across the chassis with 12mm holes drilled at the correct distance and then use the other four solid spacer bars between the brackets and nip it together with bolts so it holds it's self square.
The lower fronts will be easier to do as the rear set is supported by the chassis tubing, the upper set will need four G clamps/grips, as for U1/2 you will be glad you only tacked this in and not fully welded it because they will need adjusting.

I agree with Phil over making a box section one i purchased a laser cut one although it worked it was a bit fingers and thumbs setting up
