Rear diff cage

Hi I would just like to find out the rear diff cage tubes like RS4, 5, 7, 7A and so on I don't see any dimensions on the book as in the positioning of it do we just measure it and get the centers on the frame and cage and just like them up as best possible ? Or am I just blind and don't see them

Dimensions of these tubes are with all the other ones, at the end of the book, in the Appendix 1.
In my book (second and last edition), they are:
