Slow Internet?

At present we are with Tesco's but this last week or so the download speeds have taken a real dive. The Netgear router says it's connected at 1248k, going to any number of speed checking sites the best today is 336k, and never much better than 750k. Nothing else is downloading like windows updates, it's just bloody slow. Is anyone else suffering or is it Tesco's, and what do the panel think is the best ISP.

What speeds do your near neighbours get, as it may be an issue with the phone lines, especially if your are some distance from an exchange
