Haynes do a book Ray, Karts now are so high tech it's crazy. You could fit the 2 cyl 4 stroke in your pocket and it has about 40 bhp.
Good Luck.

Hi Ray
i have plans that will do just the job
please pm me your address and i,ll put them in the post to you
you can then copy them and send them back to me
cheers les g
ps .gokarts normally only drive through one wheel the other runs free on the axle how ever you might find if you,re using it on slippery/rough terrain you need to drive both wheels ........but that setup can cause understeer problems
TJ,s old quad only drove through on rear wheel and it would go most places
but it could be amusing if he got in a position where the driving wheel was off the ground but a little shove normally had him on his way
