Hello people, just posting to say hello and introduce myself. Im hoping to buy a ready built frame/chasis from ebay next month and then take it from there really. Hopefully the project shouldnt be too much of a challenge as i have previously built many classic rally cars, but never say never i guess! Anyway im sure ill have many questions to ask in the near future.
Cheers Chris :)

Welcome Chris
At last someone in the West Midlands to compare notes! I'm far from being an expert and my build is slow but if you need help send me a PM.

Hi Graeme, yeah im sure as i get started ill be needing help. Like you say its good to have people fairly local to get help and advise from, thanks :) I think my progress will be slow but due to funds and so the as and when aproach will need to be adopted me thinks.
Bonzo - classics are quality but i think with something like the roadster your getting the best of both worlds, new build but with classic-ish technology i,e sierra/mk2 escort running gear and the looks of the lotus seven. Ticks all the right boxes really.
Cheers Chris

That was certainly the attraction for me .... Moddern performance & classic looks .... What more could one ask for
