Thought I'd put the wheels on. Looks more like a car now. Still a long way to go though. Started to lose motivation puting the wheels on has helped a bit.:)

Well done Bill, it will be so much easier to move around the workshop now. Keep up the good work. I have been forcing myself to work Sat & Sun to keep my project moving.

What is your next big milestone? Engine fitted?

Looks good Bill! Keep up the excellent work. I too know the difficulty of keeping motivation up. This forum and looking at peoples build progress always help spur me forward.

I have materials to finish off pedal box and then roll bar. Trying to keep down spending at the minute. I also have to connect steering column to the rack, I'll have to search the postings to find the best way to do this.
I still have to modify the engine sump and get the prop shaft done. The list is endless :)

sorry, i,ve only just seen this thread.

Looking great Bill, a big well done getting to the rolling stage,

When connecting the steering column to the rack, be aware of the diameter of the thick walled tube you use, as it passes very close to U2 , I personally "stepped" my steering column extension to accomodate this .

Best wishes for the next stage of your build.

cheers
