Just returned from my mates missus funeral
( he was my best man and a year later i was his )
probably the worst thing i,ve ever had to do
i am absolutely numb

what an horrendous thing to endure she was only 27 years old

I know how you feel Les, I did it 2 months ago, our friend was god mother to one of our sons, she was only 45. I'd only spoken to her a couple of days previously when she'd told me if I got ill again she was going to kick my arse.:(

Gutted for you Les.
I have done it twice now in 6 months with young mates in the Army out in Afghan. It’s good to talk and share.

Thats a real shame Les - when i was 16 i thought to be 27 was to be old and decrepit now i'm 41 to be 27 would be bliss. You just dont appreciate it until its too late or something like that happens.

Holy shit my wife just turned 27 and I'd be lost without her.
Puts things in perspective doesn't it.

in fact it was a rough ten days all in
Karen sank into a deep depression and took her own life.
nobody really saw it coming etc etc cant dwell on that now.
as they say life must go on and am feelling human again
so some lunch is in order and off to the garage i think
