well i payed £170 then had weldability refurb the torch and brought a new reg and 5 new tugstens so the welder owes me about £200

what you need is hf start there's loads of basic inverters like this and that will rig but thay are best at stick realy
if your on a tight budget then go for lift start with a on button at the torch with gas valve built in at the mechine.
you can get a goodish non chinese one s/h as a lot of people upgrade to AC/DC and that are rare s/h
