Took Juniors car for it's MOT this morning.

The MOT station also has a motorcycle repair shop.

Anyhow, went to collect the car this afternoon & noticed one of the fitters working on a very nice trike.
As I walked past he started it, within seconds smoke started pouring out of a rather expensive looking, Black box ( ECU !!?? )
I guess this was quite a big deal as the fittter started chucking F***s & B******s all over the worshop !!??

Me ?? I walked on by & thought to myself " Oh dear all of the somke has just escaped from that box "

How I managed to keep myself from cracking up with laughter i'll never know :D :D ( Mean of me I know but that is my kinda sense of humour )

At least I was a happy bunny, Juniors car only needs a couple of tyres .... Deep joy, no work for me to do.
More time for my build, happy days :)

This is something I have noticed. I think all electrical things are filled with smoke at the factory. The minute that the smoke starts to come out things stop working. I can't believe this to be coincidence.:D

I am glad that I am not the only one who believes the smoke theory :D

I wonder if this stuff works on all makes of electrical systems :)

LOL Ronnie, looks like someone thought of that before me then:D I don't think it would work on Japanese cars, they don't seem to have smoke in the wires. At least I have never seen any come out, not like it does in older British cars. When I was about 10 my oldest brother bought a brand new Jaguar - 1972 it was in the British Leyland era. That let all it's smoke out one evening:) That one had a strange yellow / orange light that came out of it as well, at least 90 per cent of the car must have been made of smoke and light because after it had come out there was not much left:D
