Hi Samy,
We' ve supplied a number of builders in Sweden with wishbone kits, ours use 2mm for the lower arms, we also supplied a certificate of conformity listing the material used, standard it conforms to, production batch etc etc, one customer did the calculations and the parts we supplied were satisfactory for the application.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
John

I know the lower wishbone material myself and Gus used was 25.4 x 3.25 Seamless tube, which I think was what the book said to use.

Hi
Whilst on the subject of wishbones. Is there any reason that I cant make them from square tube? Reasoning that it is much easier to cut all the angles on square tube rather than all that messing about with round miters which are a real pain.
