I have a slight obsession with cheap TVR's.
Convince me I shouldn'y buy this and put the money (I don't have) into the roadster build. Do miss the exhuast note though

Being honest its probably a bit late to buy it as I sunk most of my cash into the roadster, but at that price its a bargain and would be worth at least 3k with some polish in the summer.

I saw a nice looking 450 Wedge for that sort of money last month and thought that would be nice... But buying a sportscar is not going to have the same satisfaction as building.

S2 runs the 2.8 Ford Cologne IIRC.
I think the earlier cars get a bad rap due to lots of issues on the later cars that used TVR's own engine.

TVR's are like kitcars but in reverse you buy it in one bit and it slowly takes itself apart :rolleyes:

lol thanks fabby! no not going to, if I had a spare £2k floating around it woul be nice to run it for a bit as I am sooooo bored of my audi.
I don't so all funds towards the roadster.
Shame my garage door snapped a cable last night, it apparantly a right pig so will have to get a man in!
