Can anyone tell me if the attached rear light layout is still valid for IVA?
Cheers:)

Yes it is. Also be careful with the front indicators depending on what type you go for.

Is there anything about angle of viewing for the indicators and brake lights?
Do you have to be able to see both of them from a 45deg angle to the back of the car for example?
I've planned to extend the back of the car out by a couple of hundred mm from the book spec to fit my longer range fuel tank in, so if i put the lights on the rear wheel arches you'll only be able to see one of them when you move too far away from perpendicular to the back of the car.
And do the indicators have to be further out than the brake lights or tail lights?

all lights have to be postioned and have correct viewing angles so be careful
its all in the iva manual so its best to read it

Some thing to also take into consideration is that you not only have to be able to see the lights from a standing height as if you where driving a Transit but also from a height sat on the ground as in a 7. This catches out a few people espesh with the front indicators.
