Just spent the last week laid up, broken once more !!??

Worst thing was not being able to follow the forum ( I heard that cheer go up ) :D

Can now manage to hobble about once again & should be back into the swing of things in the next few days

Missed loads of posts & news, been playing catch-up most of the day.

Gutted I missed Jasons birthday, happy belated birthday mate :D

Being the muppet that I am, went & bought the biggest laptop that I could afford.
Large screen & weighs a blooming ton. Absolutely useless when I am laid up. :o

make sure you take it easy Ronnie, get Junior to lift the big heavy laptop to where you need it, ;) the forum is not the same without you:D
all the best for a speedy recovery.

As said, take it easy you old bugger! You OAP's just dont know your limits do you?:p

No worries about missing my birthday, I wouldnt have remembered it anywho, (HandyAndy PM'd me, I read the reply drunk, didnt remember doing so, thought he was ignoring me lol!!)

Anyways, take it easy, get well, and take it nice and slow without doing yourself in again. Forum isnt the same without you!

Tell me about it Jas

Picture this scene

A couple of years ago I had just completed some work on Juniors scooter.

I was feeling fit & well.
Went to push it out of the workshop, side door. A bit of a small step to nudge it over.

Gave it a quick jerk & things went pop !!

There was I, slumped between the door frame & scooter, unable to move ( Quite funny when you look back at it ) :D

Once the pain had dulled, I managed to drag myself out, leaving the scooter wedged in the door.

Fell to the floor like a sack of s**t, after a while I managed to crawl to the back door.
I was unable to reach the door handle so started banging on the door !!??

The wife was upstairs doing the hovering & couldn't hear me
Laying on the back door step like a cat waiting to be let in :o

Took 2 months to get mobile after that one :(

Fine one moment & broke the next but at least I am not wheelchair bound as the doctors had predicted whe I was a wee lad ;)
