Why is the clock wrong

is it just me as above some times posts appear wrong by one hour
it doesnt really matter i know but it is annoying

it says posted at 01.52 on my screen. it does that to me sometimes it goes away if you re sign in.

If you go into User CP and change the time to display GMT -1 i think, then it will show the right time.
