What is the best sealant to stick the ally panels on with?
I found this on ebay:

I got a product called Omniseal from our local autofactors.
I think so long as it is a pu adhesive you should be fine.

I used that Polyflex, it's good stuff. Don't get it on your fingers though, it's a pig to get off :)

you can get no more nails, but I have always found I had to use nails as the stuff never works.

No more Nails is meant for the house building industry, as it's not flexible enough, i would use Tiger seal or similar.

no more nails is not flexible and will crack.
use sikaflex 221 for bonding your panels - tried and tested - 2 tubes should be enough to to most of the car.
also where it bonds dont paint it or powder coat it if possible - the bond will pull off the paint from the metal first - by sticking it to the metal it will be stronger - if you can tho
