Yes probably had 1 too many, it is Christmas afterall :)

But, i hope you don,t mind me saying that we have to remember that we,re fortunate, very fortunate that Haynes operate this forum on our behalf, for all us Car building nutters:eek: :p
& such a large brand name such as Haynes wouldn,t wish for any association with any form of racism, & by being a member we should respect their position in such circumstances.

Now, does anyone else have a 17mm socket stealing pixie in their garage? why is it always the socket I need that goes walkies:D

in 2001 I lost a 3" 1/4 socket extension. and in 2002 my Garage was burgled and i lost the rest of my tools..

in 2007 whilst getting ready to move house, I found the socket extension. it had dropped into the bottom rail of the garage door, and had never in 6 years dropped out when the door had been opened.

he can be a bit of a sod at times with my tools
i went to pull a transmission out of dump truck the other day
when i reached for my snap-on battery impact gun
it was missing so a long old grind for me then
when i got home he just shrugged and said well ok i,ll go and put it back in your van
i wouldn,t mind but we have a compressor and windy gun in the garage he claimed it was better to use my gun than get the airline out etc.
hes a cheeky little runt
and then had the nerve too smile and say well you always say i,m hourly paid it dont matter........
