Well it finally made it to a cinema in the shire and blimey what a cracking film, even those not into bikes would be blown away with the on bike footage in 3D. Not too mention the "fly on the wall style" way they followed Guy Martin last year.....he is one crazy yet bloody funny lad, a "reet tapper" you might say.:D

i went to the 100th year tt for 2 weeks and it was exelent there is no where in the world like it and no other race like it. just to be able to sit in a bank on the side of a normal road and watch bike going from 150 down to 90 for a corner most bikers on the road would do at no more than 50 and the riders are so close to you you could put your hand out and touch them its amazeing.
and now thay make the moutain all one way from ramsey to creg ne ba with no speed limits as some kind of free track day with normal one way traffic (best done early am) i think i did it every day on my own for a week :)
i would advise you to avoid walking sections of the track tho as ther are memorials all over the place to all the great people that donated thair souls to the great cause.
may thay all r.i.p.
dont just think its all about the bikes my wife joined me for the second week and she loved the place its a real pritty island with allsorts to do and culture was not changed by the romans so there is lots of celtic history still there
its a must to go and see it the race and the island
im thinking of going for the "friendlys" next time i visit

I'm going next year as a passenger in some weird old sidecar along with some daft 60+ yr old bikers who think they are 18 all over again so it should be a right giggle:D
