aluminium window channel

Hi All
Has anyone got an idea of how to bend the ali channel for the window to fit into, thought about heat but not sure ,any ideas would be great

If you have a flick through the book you'll come across a simple former that can be used as a template for the glass and to bend the chanel. Don't be temped to make the radious too tight though and don't use heat as this will aneal the ali and it will stay soft after you've bent it.

THANKS for the info as i was going to heat it will have a look at the book and make the former
many thanks almost made a bloomer on that one
