This Christmas has not been so good, It was going ok until I lost my dad on Wednesday morning. He was the nicest man you could ever meet. He had a few medical issues being 82 but he was soldiering on, this was out of the blue and is hurting me & the rest of our family. So I'm dedicating my build to dad, & saying it WILL go on the road.
I think letting you all know will help me in a way!
Wishing you all well

My sincerest condolences to you and yours for your loss at such a time (god that sounds trite but it is meant from the heart;) ).
Christmas is a time for families to be together and when we lose a member of that family, especially a senior member who was a leading influence in our formative days then that loss is all the more difficult to bear. Our thoughts are with you buddy.

Sorry to hear of your loss and no kind words can heal what you are feeling at this time.
I lost my father 17 years ago on boxingday and it still brings a lump in the throat,my uncle was buried yesterday on New years eve at his own request so every body could start the new year knowing he was happy.
Heartfelt condolences to you all.

Make your first proper drive a one way trip to a nice pub on a summer evening.
Sink a couple for yourself and your dad and call a taxi(wife/friend/etc) home.
